Luke creates 3D computer models of our proposals to help us understand how they fit on a site and impact upon their surroundings - allowing us to quickly identify and resolve any unacceptable impacts on neighbours, such as overshadowing, or a building appearing over-dominant. Once a design is fixed, Luke adds detail to create high quality rendered images and artist's impressions to help promote the scheme to interested parties. Luke doubles as our in-house IT Technician, keeping all our technology running at peak efficiency!
With an eye for detail, Adam delivers high quality visualisations that bring our proposals to life, whilst his great sense of humour keeps moral high and team CHP smiling.
