10 x New Homes - Complex Discharge of Planning Conditions

Charter House Planning were instructed to undertake a complex discharge of conditions for our client, after they had purchased a parcel of land which had full planning permission for 10 dwellings. However, as the land was previously used as a coach depot there were several potential contamination issues requiring attention.

Before the development was able to progress, the CHP had to ensure that the 14 planning conditions attached to the permission were adequately discharged. This process involved the coordination of expert ecological and drainage consultants to assemble the required reports on-time and on-budget.

Our Planning Team assembled and collated the relevant information and submitted it to the Local Planning Authority. The conditions were successfully discharged and the development has since begun construction.
